Summary: Was told upon checking they didn’t have the proper room for us, we had reserved a king suite and they only had 2 double rooms, they asked if this was okay and I said preferably not, and how a partial refund would work since we pre-paid for the king suite. They said they couldn’t do partial refunds and would see if they could find a room… about 10 minutes later we had our original king room. Very odd experience to check in.
